Welcome
I’m a somatic and psychodynamic therapist based in Berkeley, offering in-person therapy and telehealth throughout California. I work with thoughtful, creative individuals and couples who feel stuck in painful or confusing relationship patterns, often shaped by earlier relational experiences.
Even with insight, these patterns can be hard to shift. They can show up as self-doubt, difficulty trusting yourself or others, or a sense of disconnection in relationships that matter to you.
My approach integrates psychodynamic and somatic work, with the intention of supporting change that feels meaningful and lasting. I am an unequivocal ally and supporter of queer, trans, neurodivergent, and BIPOC individuals, and I aim to offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
I received a Master’s degree in psychodynamic and somatic therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies. I completed advanced training at the Center for Somatic Psychology in San Francisco. I also spent several years specializing in psychodynamic couples therapy at the San Francisco Marriage and Couples Center.
