Creative Collaboration

What will working together look like?

My approach is relational. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics between us as therapist and client, as well as your patterns in other relationships. This process will help foster personal growth, enhance communication, and create more authentic, fulfilling connections in your life.

I believe in the healing power of self-compassion, while also acknowledging how uncomfortable or even frustrating that idea can feel. I embrace this inner conflict in my work, recognizing that many healthy habits take time to accept and practice. I'm here to support you on that journey.

I am also here to challenge you to take a deeper look; to let go of patterns that aren’t serving you anymore. I am informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment theory modalities in my clinical work.

Psychodynamic

Psychodynamic is an approach that draws heavily from psychoanalysis. We’ll explore the deeper, often unconscious, aspects of your emotional landscape to understand how past experiences shape your current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. By uncovering these patterns, you can gain insight and make meaningful changes, achieving a sense of emotional resilience.

Somatic

Somatic psychotherapy utilizes the wisdom of the body to address emotional issues. By focusing on physical sensations and bodily experiences, this approach helps you connect with and process deep-seated feelings, leading to profound personal growth. It can help enhance self-awareness and achieve emotional balance.

Attachment Theory

Attachment theory helps us explore how early-in-life relationships shape your present-day emotional patterns and connections with others. By understanding these attachment styles, we can uncover the roots of your relationship dynamics and work towards building healthier, more fulfilling connections. This approach helps you develop secure, supportive relationships through deeper self-awareness and relational insight.
